The 2020 IIHF Women's World Ice Hockey Championship Tournament has been cancelled due to the Corona Virus; thus, we are cancelling the Watch Party.
Join Women’s Pro Hockey Seattle and other hockey fans to watch Team USA play Team Canada in the final preliminary game of the IIHF Women’s Ice Hockey World Championship tournament | Sunday, April 5 at 3:00pm at The Westy in Roosevelt. This year's tournament is the 20th Women's World Championship in history and the U.S. Women's National Team and Canadian Women’s National Team will compete in Group A alongside Finland, Russia and Switzerland. Group B will include the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary and Japan. Help Women’s Pro Hockey Seattle root the teams on to the semi-final and gold-medal games! In addition to cheering on the teams with other fans, the all-ages event will feature freebies, special guests, and door prizes during game intermissions. The Westy in Roosevelt is also a great place for friendly battles of bubble hockey, and terrific food and drink in a venue with big screen TVs covering the walls, plus a giant projector screen.
