Women's Pro Hockey Seattle's Ambassador Chair, Alicia Crank, presented at the USA Hockey Women’s Leadership Summit -- "Game On: Empowering Women in Hockey" at the Seattle Kraken Community Iceplex on Saturday, November 19th.
Women's Pro Hockey Seattle was asked by Kristen Wright, USA Hockey Manager of Player Development, to address the women's leadership group and Alicia presented, "Obstacles to Opportunities -- Breaking Down Walls and Building Personal and Professional Successes."
The summit provides current and future female leaders tangible tools and enhances the leadership development efforts of female volunteers. Participants experienced a combination of speakers and breakout sessions led by experts on inclusion, confidence, building trust, connecting with your community, and growing the game.
The event was held in conjunction with Rivalry Series between the US and Canadian Women’s National Teams at Climate Pledge Arena on Sunday, November 20th.
